Trevor Marmalade
As in previous years, Dutch Orange Day will be opened by Lord Mayor of Melbourne John So and Master of Ceremony Trevor Marmalade.
Trevor Marmalade (born Jason van de Velde on April 20, 1962) is the stage name of a comedian from Melbourne, Australia of Dutch descent. He picked the name after his favorite band, Marmalade (band).
He appears on the AFL Footy Show behind the bar, and has done so since the show started in 1994. Marmalade was a member of the alternative comedy show "Punter to Punter" with Tracy Harvey, Tony Rickards as "Con Marasco", Slim Whittle and John Rothfield as "Dr Turf". The show was aired on 3RRR on Saturday mornings after the Coodabeen Champions during the 1980s. He was also a successful standup comic headliner making appearances in the early 1980s at "Le Joke" and "The Last Laugh". He also appeared on Hey Hey It's Saturday. He is known for his blokey, every-man persona and is a fan of the Kangaroos Football Club and resides in the St Kilda area.

She began writing songs when given a guitar for her 11th birthday, and at 14 her debut live performance was at her High School multi cultural talent night. By 16 her parents had to chaperone when she performed in Bars and Pubs. At 19, Jess McAvoy released her first recording to the public, and a sell out audience at the Grosvenor hotel in Perth.
Jess released her album "Into The Dark" in August 2006, recorded with Aria award winner Marty Brown (Clare Bowditch, Art of Fighting) to rave reviews; including a sell out album launch at the Northcote social club in Melbourne, a full house at the Hopetoun in Sydney, Four and a half stars in the Age and album of the week in Beat Magazine.

Dutch Folk Dancing Group 'De Tukkers'
Dutch Folk Dancing Group "The Tukkers" consists of six to eight couples wearing traditional Dutch costumes and performs traditional Dutch folk dances from all over Holland.
The group was formed in Melbourne in 1974, with the aim to retain and perform the traditional folk dances of Holland and to exhibit them here in Australia. Dancing to traditional music, some of these dances date back 200 years.

Accordionist Hans Nyhuis
Accordionist Hans Nyhuis will be entertaining the crowd in between stage performances and walking through the crowd playing traditional music on his accordion.
